What is nano brow?
Nano brow (also called nano needling or machine hair strokes) uses a single ultra-fine needle in a digital machine to implant pigment into the skin, creating individual strokes that look like real brow hairs.
Unlike microblading — which uses a manual blade — nano brow is less invasive, heals faster, and produces crisper, longer-lasting lines. The technique works on all skin types, including oily and mature skin where microblading strokes tend to blur over time.
Nano brow vs microblading
If you have oily skin or want the sharpest strokes possible, nano brow is the better choice.
What to expect during your nano brow appointment
Color consultation and brow mapping (15 min)
Topical numbing application (20 min)
Nano brow application — layered strokes (60–75 min)
Aftercare instructions (5 min)
Total: approximately 120 minutes. Most clients describe the sensation as light scratching — far less painful than microblading.
Nano brow aftercare
Keep brows dry for 7 days — no water, sweat, or steam directly on the area.
Apply the provided aftercare balm in a thin layer twice daily for the first week.
Don't pick or scratch — let any flaking happen naturally.
Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks — UV fades fresh pigment quickly.
No makeup on brows for 10 days after your appointment.
Expect the color to look darker the first few days, then lighten 30–40% as healing progresses.
